A. All our garments are packed by ratio this means for example, in a pack of 10 you will get something like 8.10.12.14.16.18. Sizes 1 2 2 2 2 1 ratio. However a perfect ratio cannot be guaranteed every time, these are ex chainstore garments and may not arrive with a perfect ratio, we will always do our best to make sure that the garments sent out with the best ratio possible.

Q. What is the minimum order?

A. We do not have a strict minimum order amount. However as we only sell by ratio packs, this means we would prefer a £100 minimum order.

Q. What about the delivery of my goods?

A. We will deliver your goods by courier on a next day service. Goods will be despatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of order. However tnt are unable to give a firm delivery time it will be between 9am and 5pm and must be signed for.

Q. Delabeling

A. All our lines are delabled in house, this means the label will be cut or removed or permanently marked out before despatch. However we are only human and very very rarely a mistake can happen. It's your responsibility to ensure all kimbles or any original identification are removed by yourselves prior to sale!!

Q. Do we give credit?

A. No we are unable to give credit on any of our online goods.this enables us to keep our prices very competitive.

Q. Can someone visit me in person?

A. Yes, we are happy to arrange a personal visit from one of our very experienced representatives who are happy to advise you in all areas of buying our lines. The long and the short of it is we can visit you anywhere at any time!!

Q. How much to ship to eu country other than the UK

A. An average of £20.00 per carton is to be added .We will endeavour to pack as much as we can, safely in each carton. We recommend you tell us what you would like to order and we will then give you a quote for the shipping to your country.

Q. Shopping Basket

A. Please be aware that when using the Shopping Basket, lines selected and stored are not deducted from stock, and consequently can be out of stock when it comes to placing order.

Q. What happens when i get a dispatch notice?

A. This means that we have taken payment, and will dispatch goods usually that same day, for next day delivery. This does not include weekends or bank holidays, however you must allow TNT 2-3 days to deliver before contacting us.

Q. What happens if I’m out when my goods arrive?

A. We use TNT or interlink for all our UK deliveries, on a next day service, they will try to deliver the next day. Up to 3 attempts then they will return goods to us, for re-sending, this will incur another shipping charge to yourself.

Q. What happens if i need to return a garment?

A. If the goods received are not as ordered or faulty we will gladly take them back and refund/credit your account. However we will not except returns for goods that are miss ordered or not wanted!

Q. Registering with us

A. It is most important that when you first register on the site that your credit card details match your billing address. Otherwise our system will not be able to process your order.

Q. Your phone number

A. We need this to contact you if delivery or order problems occur. I.e. you’re out or TNT cannot find your address.

Q. Can I collect my goods direct?

A. Yes of course you can we are open from 9am to 5pm five days a week. All we ask is that you inform us you will be collecting when you order so we don't send the goods via TNT and charge the shipping costs to your card.

Q. Who are our brands?

A. As part of Essential Clothing brands protection policy we are no longer able to advertise the brand name applicable to each garment. If you require more information about a garment, please to not hesitate to contact a member of team essential.

Q. Why do we pack in 12`s and not 6`s

A. This is because we buy massive volumes of stock to enable us to achieve our low prices. Some so called wholesales only buy 48 of a line so they have to pack into 6`s to be able to spread their stock around. You will also not receive a good ratio of sizes in a pack of 6.
